A unique selection of elbows
We stock seamless carbon steel elbows in a wide range of quality steel grades as well as seamless and welded elbows made of stainless-steel grades in all standardized wall thickness series according to EN10253-2 / EN10253-4, DIN 2605 or ASME B16.9.
TÜV and PED approved
All manufacturers of our stock products are ISO 9001 certified and PED approved. We only supply elbows and fittings according to EN from TÜV- and PED-approved manufacturers with MTC EN 10204-3.1 or MTC 3.2 TÜV in accordance with the applicable AD data sheets.
Carbon steel elbows
In addition to the standard dimensions, STAROFIT’s standard bearing range also includes intermediate dimensions and extreme wall thicknesses.
These are, for example, elbows in accordance with EN10253-2 in
- Type 3D (e.g. 21.3 x 5.0; 101.6 x 20.0; 406.4 x 40.0),
- Type 2D (e.g. 60.3 x 11.0; 273.0 x 22.2) or
- Type 5D (e.g. 76.1 x 12.5; 219.1 x 16.0) – in degrees such as 45°, 90°, 180°
Pipe bends with full utilization degree (EN 10253-2 type B or DIN 2605 part 2) are in stock and can be shipped at short notice.
Pipe bends in accordance with ASME B16.9 are available from stock, for example in the following versions:
- Long radius elbows (e.g. 1 1/4″ XXS; 8″ S160; 22″ SCH60)
- Short radius elbows (e.g. 3 1/2″ XXS; 5″ XXS; 16″ SCH80) – 45°, 90°, 180°
