A unique selection of elbows
We stock seamless carbon steel elbows in a wide range of quality steel grades as well as seamless and welded elbows made of stainless-steel grades in all standardized wall thickness series according to EN10253-2 / EN10253-4, DIN 2605 or ASME B16.9.
TÜV and PED approved
All manufacturers of our stock products are ISO 9001 certified and PED approved. We only supply elbows and fittings according to EN from TÜV- and PED-approved manufacturers with MTC EN 10204-3.1 or MTC 3.2 TÜV in accordance with the applicable AD data sheets.
Carbon steel elbows
Elbow Hot bend technology:
Pipe bends manufactured using internal heat-resistant tooling, induction or gas heating – hot bending process.
Size range: Ø21.3 - Ø610
Bending radius: R = 2D–1d / 3D–1.5d / 5D–2.5d
Manufacturing standard: EN 10253-2 TypeB, EN 10253-2 TypeA / DIN 2605 Part 1, DIN 2605 Part 2 / ASME B16.9
Products materials: P235GH TC1-TC2, P265GH, 10CrMo9-10, 13CrMo4-5, 16Mo3+N, P355NH, P355NL1 etc.
In addition to the standard dimensions, MASA WORK’s standard bearing range also includes intermediate dimensions and extreme wall thicknesses.
These are, for example, elbows in accordance with EN10253-2 in
- Type 2D (e.g. 21.3 - 508.0),
- Type 3D (e.g. 21.3 - 610.0),
- Type 5D (e.g. 21.3 - 610.0) – in degrees such as 22.5° - 45° - 90° - 180° and any custom degrees.
Pipe bends with full utilization degree (EN 10253-2 type B or DIN 2605 part 2) are in stock and can be shipped at short notice.
Pipe bends in accordance with ASME B16.9 are available from stock, for example in the following versions:
- Long radius elbows (e.g. 1 1/4″ XXS; 8″ S160; 22″ SCH60)
